1345:1415 Seated Yoga an exercise suited for an older participant. The benefits of improved breathing, balance and agility and it is interactive therefore everyone is invited to join in. Need for soft shoes and comfortable clothing. Not overly strenuous but relaxing. Maricela Ayllon

1545:1645 Welcome back to Isla St Clair as requested by STG members. Isla remembered for being part of the duo with Larry Grayson who both presented and performed in the Generation Game of the 1980s.

Isla will be singing songs that highlight traditional ways of life disappearing. The songs ranging from “Ae Fond Kiss” to “Lest We Forget” written and composed by her mum in memory of her two brothers she lost in the 2nd World War

1645:1700 STG Draws: There will be two draws; this year to help raise money for Swindon Trauma Group and Swindon Dance, including two prizes of afternoon tea for two at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon

1700:1730 Encore, review of the day and epilogue - a thought to end the day

There will also be two draws to raise money for the group and Swindon Dance. Each draw includes a prize of afternoon tea with tea or coffee for two at the Doubletree by Hilton. Price per ticket for each draw £2-50
