0945:1000 Opening Address Sir Robert Buckland KBE KC QC MP for South Swindon, Secretary of State for Wales
1000:1030 ‘A Survivors Memoir’ - Keith Hilling BA (Hons) MA. Keith is a creative writing tutor who has studied the subject at Bolton and Lancaster Universities. Keith has twice been nominated for the Bridport Prize and has held an exhibition of poems in Bolton, Lancashire. Hobbies include guitar playing, writing and walking.
1030:1115 Solution Focus Therapy - Mike Porter. Mike is a retired senior social worker who was stationed at Med11 RAF (Hospital) Wegberg, West Germany during the 1980s and continued to work at the Old Manor Hospital Salisbury. He was a member of the Salisbury Festival Men’s Choir until moving to Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

1130: 1230 The Evolution of RAF Psychiatry 1918-1950 - Anthony P. Hopkins ARRC MStJ BA (Hons) MA (History). A former RAF RMN, his career spanned 22 years in the RAF including two tours to West Germany and trained as a Flight Mental Nurse and CPN. In civvy street he worked as a specialist in the treatment of psychological trauma and lives in the picturesque town of Bridlington, Yorkshire.

1330:1345 Introduction to the afternoon - Richard Hilling
1400:1500 Out of it? Developing resilience in isolation - Jane Cordell. Covid suddenly gave us all an extended experience of being isolated. How did this affect people who already felt excluded – deaf and disabled people, those with mental health issues or experiencing discrimination? This talk looks at how we build resilience, keep perspective and what we can learn from this.

1530:1600 Holistic Healing and Positive Programming - Emma Taylor. Emma is a foot care and holistic private specialist. Her clinic is based in Royal Wootton Bassett and it has a very relaxing atmosphere.
1600:1645 Propranolol (Inderal): Protocol in the treatment of PTSD - Professor Gordon Turnbull - Consultant Psychiatrist, team leader Post Trauma Support 1st Gulf War POWs and Beirut Hostages. Gordon runs his own clinic in Brinkworth, Wiltshire and is a visiting Professor at Chester University. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Professor Gordon Turnbull is unable to present at this year's conference.
1645:1700 STG Prize Draw - including afternoon tea for two at Lydiard Park Hotel and many other prizes - Cost of draw ticket £2-50.
